At CJB, we take on a range of activities for all the kids to enjoy. Below is an insight into some of the fun events that have taken place this year.
Chernobyl June 2015
During June 2015, a group of children from Chernobyl came over to the Wirral for a months respite. This trip was organised by the Wirral branch of Chernobyl Children's life line. The children stay with host families and rely on volunteers and organisations to offer services and activities.
CJB Academy of swimming volunteered to give the children their first ever structured session for two hours in the pool.
The staff split the groups into abilities and the feedback from the children was amazing. To see the happiness and joy on their face was an experience that we will never forget.
We have offered our time for next year too.
